The Jammer Decision

He'll give you Magic Vodka from Dr. Dvupalov. You'll then face three bloodsuckers and a trapped Shcherba. The choice to kill or spare Shcherba yields the same rewards; sparing him maintains better relations. Dvupalov will reward you with a Gauss Gun, unlocking the "On a Leash" trophy.
