Wuthering Waves’ version 2.1, Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls is set to release in a couple of days

Wuthering Waves Version 2.1, "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," is on the horizon, bringing a wealth of new content. This major update introduces new Resonators, weapons, explorable regions, and limited-time events, significantly expanding the game's world and challenges.

Two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, each with unique combat styles, join the roster. Accompanying them are new weapons, including the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, plus the four-star Ocean's Gift obtainable through a fishing event in the Riccioli Islands.

Exploration expands with the addition of the Vault Underground, a secure storage area beneath the Sea of Clouds, and the Riccioli Islands, preserving the traditions of Rinascita's past. New story content, including Brant's Companion Story and the Silent as a Falling Leaf Exploration Quest, delves deeper into the game's lore, introducing new Echoes like Rage Against the Statue and Aero Prism.

Multiple limited-time events offer rewards and challenges. "Old Man and the Whale" is a fishing event, while "Apex Ragunna" connects to the Carnevale festival, unlocking new areas in Ragunna City. For combat enthusiasts, "Tactical Simulacra III," "Infinite Battle Simulation II," and the permanent high-difficulty "Whimpering Wastes" zone provide structured and intense challenges.
