Undecember Unveils Trials of Power Update: New Arena Introduced

Undecember's latest season, Trials of Power, is set to launch on January 9th, promising a wave of new challenges, gear, and exciting rewards. Developed by Needs Games and published by Line Games, this hack-and-slash game is also marking its third anniversary with this significant update.

Undecember Brings Trials of Power

At the heart of the Trials of Power season is the new Arena dungeon. This solo challenge pits players against formidable bosses and monsters, offering the chance to earn the newly introduced Soul Stones—a type of Growth Gear. To engage in this thrilling combat, players must collect Spirits from Chaos Dungeons, which not only summon stronger adversaries but also enhance the rewards.

The Arena introduces players to a terrifying roster of enemies. The first adversary, Ectasis, wields poisonous pollen and thorny tentacles, while the final boss, the Manticore, is a chimera-like creature with the upper body of a gorilla. Both promise intense battles and significant challenges.

Soul Stones, the new Growth-type gear, feature their own slot and can be leveled up using exclusive Essence earned in the Arena. As these stones level up, additional slots become available, allowing for greater customization and strategic depth.

Accompanying the Trials of Power, the Help! Hunters! event will run from January 9th to February 6th. This event upgrades Chaos Dungeons with special Ash-covered Chaos Cards, which drop event currencies that can be exchanged for a variety of rewards, including Essences and Unique Chests.

There Are Some Big Changes, Too

The update also introduces substantial changes to the Zodiac Specialization. Revamped traits now offer effects like increased weapon range and other strategic perks, allowing for more diverse character builds. Additionally, players can now view all Zodiac nodes simultaneously, simplifying strategic planning.

In celebration of its third anniversary, Undecember is offering rewards from January 9th to February 6th. Players will receive the Zodiac Sprinter, a useful tool for inventory management and auto-disassembling gear, along with other celebratory goodies.
