The highly anticipated sequel, Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, was showcased at the ID@Xbox event with a new trailer. The game's launch day will also mark its arrival on Xbox Game Pass, expected before year's end.

Developed by Digital Sun and published by 11 bit studios, this isometric action-adventure RPG incorporates roguelike elements. Players will upgrade their shop, venturing into dungeons to battle monsters and gather rare artifacts to fuel their burgeoning business.

Moonlighter 2 builds upon its predecessor, boasting a richer storyline and refined gameplay. Will, the protagonist, embarks on a quest to find his home dimension within the vast world of Trense. He'll reconnect with familiar faces and forge new alliances, encountering a mysterious merchant who offers a crucial task: locating powerful relics that hold the key to his return.

The game's soundtrack is composed by the celebrated Chris Larkin (Hollow Knight). Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is slated for release later this year on PC (Steam), Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
