Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To encounter Naoise, you need to reach the early stages of Act III. As you journey towards Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your first visit here requires a meeting with Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a brothel located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into the city.

If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, you can fast-travel to the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing, which will place you directly at the entrance of Sharess' Caress.

Look for Nymph's Grotto:

To find Naoise, head to the Nymph's Grotto on the second floor. The entrance to this chamber is just past the door leading to the outside area, marked by a green light and ivy on the walls. The door is locked but can be easily opened with a lock-picking roll of 10 or higher.

### Interact with Naoise:

Once inside the Nymph's Grotto, approach the bed where Naoise is engaged in an intimate moment with Jara, a Flaming Fist soldier. Your intrusion will not be welcomed by Jara, who will confront you after a tadpole in her head interacts with yours. Here are the dialogue choices we recommend:

• "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."

After Jara mentions the Absolute and transforms into a Mindflayer, you must defeat her. Following her defeat, Naoise's interest shifts to you, revealing her fascination with Mindflayers. Continue with these dialogue options:

• "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."

An Insight check will show that Naoise is now in the mood for romance. Proceed with:

• "That creature aroused you, didn't it?"

Avoid judgmental responses to keep the conversation positive. Naoise will express her anticipation for the Mindflayer but suggest another 'flavor' might do. Choose:

• "What did you have in mind?"
• "Close your eyes and listen."

This unique romantic encounter occurs entirely in your mind. Naoise will ask you to choose 'what you will be,' with options including:

• Revered
• Contented
• Powerful
• Rich
• I think we're done here.

Selecting 'Contented' will lead to a brief romantic scene with Naoise. Once completed, Naoise will have no further interest in you, stating that she can offer 'rapture' only once. Interestingly, even if your character is in a relationship with another character like Karlach, this encounter won't cause any jealousy.

After the encounter, Shadowheart will grant you the 'Carnal Rituals of Sharess' inspiration point. Additionally, Naoise will provide you with the Rapture boon, which offers a passive 1d6 bonus to almost all ability checks.
