Rockstar Rolls Out Enhanced Edition of GTA 5 on Steam

Rockstar Games is bringing a major upgrade to Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC via Steam. The original game has been renamed "Grand Theft Auto 5 Legacy" in Steam libraries, while the enhanced version is now listed as "Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced." This follows a similar update on the Rockstar Launcher.

The "Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced" pre-download is available on Steam, requiring approximately 91.69 GB of storage. This next-gen update, incorporating previously released console enhancements, launches March 4th.

Crucially, Rockstar is retaining the "Grand Theft Auto 5 Legacy" version and GTA Online, allowing players to choose between the original experience and the enhanced edition with its improved visuals and performance. Players can maintain access to their preferred version.
