Reverse 1.9: 'Vereinsamt' Marks Milestone Anniversary

Bluepoch Games' time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, celebrates its first anniversary with a massive Version 1.9 update, aptly titled "Vereinsamt" (German for "lonely"). This update offers a wealth of new content for players to enjoy.

A standout feature is the addition of Semmelweis, a free 6-star character obtainable by simply logging in during the event period. This login bonus also includes 30 free pulls.

Another notable addition is Lucy, a 6-star DPS character with a striking robot design reminiscent of Metropolis. Despite her robotic appearance, Lucy is an Awakened arcanist connected to a Watt steam engine prototype, driven by a passion for scientific advancement. She's available via the limited-time "Thoughts in Cylinder" banner.

Returning favorites include the 5-star character Matilda and Kakania (first introduced in Version 1.7), summonable in the "Observation into the Mirrors" banner starting October 10th. A trailer showcasing the anniversary update is available below:

Beyond new characters, Version 1.9 introduces a rogue-like mode, "A Series of Dusks," offering rewards including the new 5-star character, Lorelei. Exciting collaborations are also underway with Discovery (providing new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian) and KOI (launching limited-edition merchandise in October).

The update also marks the debut of the game's first unique garment, a stylish new look for Regulus – "Take Off! To the Future" – complete with enhanced Ultimates and additional features. Several other characters, including Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto, are also receiving new outfits.
