Reignite Hope in Honkai Star Rail Version 3.1 ‘Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne’

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.1, "Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne," launches February 26th, igniting the Flame-Chase Journey with new mysteries and uncharted territories.

Honkai Star Rail Version 3.1 Introduces New Characters

Version 3.1 introduces two new 5-star characters: Tribbie and Mydei. Following the securing of Nikador's Coreflame, players journey to the new Grove of Epiphany map. The main Trailblaze Mission focuses on rescuing survivors and uncovering the truth behind a catastrophic event, culminating in the reclamation of Cerces' Coreflame to restore hope to Okhema.

This update delves into the Abyss of Fate (formerly Janusopolis), now revealed in its Day State. The story explores the long-forgotten history of the Era Chrysea and Tribbie's past. Tribbie (Tribios), a 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Harmony, is the Holy Maiden of Janusopolis, entrusted with a prophecy from Kephale about Deliverance.

Mydei, the 5-star Imaginary crown prince of Castrum Kremnos, is a fierce warrior following the Path of Destruction. He utilizes his own HP to power up, entering an enhanced form that automatically attacks enemies during his turns.

Returning Characters

Version 3.1 also features the return of limited 5-star characters Yunli (first half of the warp event) and Huohuo (second half).

New Events

The Divergent Universe event returns with a research focus on Amphoreus and a new Day and Night System affecting battles. Combat changes based on time of day, triggering different buffs and effects.

The "Awooo Firm" event casts players as managers assisting a chimera squad in Okhema.
