Your bonus items become available after completing the brief tutorial and reaching your base camp. The tutorial is a short, cinematic introduction, guiding you through a desert rescue mission. Once at base camp, explore the facilities before starting your next quest.

Find Conut, the Support Desk Palico NPC, and interact. Select "Claim Content" from the menu. The game will verify your eligible bonuses; simply select each item to claim it individually.
