Pokémon Go's February Eggs-pedition Access Pass: A Boost for Dual Destiny Season

Pokémon Go players can look forward to a new Eggs-pedition Access Pass launching in February, offering a range of exciting rewards and bonuses during the ongoing Dual Destiny season. This follows the successful January pass and provides a convenient way to enhance gameplay.

Available for purchase from February 1st to 28th for $4.99 (or local equivalent), the pass includes several key benefits. Players receive a single-use incubator for each daily PokéStop or Gym spin. They also earn 3x XP for their first daily catch and spin. A unique timed research task is included, rewarding players with 15,000 XP and 15,000 Stardust upon completion. Players can even purchase an additional pass to gift to friends at the Great Friend level or higher.

A Solid, if Unremarkable, Offering

While the February Eggs-pedition pass offers substantial rewards, it lacks major surprises. However, this is understandable given the already extensive content within the Dual Destiny season. The pass provides a welcome boost for players aiming to maximize their progress.

This contrasts somewhat with the recent reception of the Pokémon TCG Pocket game, whose new Space-Time Smackdown expansion has been met with mixed reactions, particularly concerning its new trading feature.

This week's top five new mobile games list will be released shortly, highlighting the best new releases of the past seven days.
