How To Get Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix in Pokemon Sleep

This winter, Pokémon Sleep is hosting a holiday event featuring two adorable new Pokémon: Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix! Joining them is Eevee sporting a festive Santa hat. This exciting event, packed with bonuses to aid sleep research and Dream Shard acquisition, runs the week of December 23rd.

Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix Debut in Pokémon Sleep

The holiday event begins December 23rd at 3 PM, bringing with it increased chances to encounter Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix. Shiny versions of both Pokémon will also be available.

Catching Pawmi

Pawmi, along with its evolutions Pawmo and Pawmot (Snoozing sleep type), will appear on Greengrass Isle, Snowdrop Tundra, and Old Gold Power Plant. Your best bet for finding them is achieving a Snoozing sleep type (a light sleep, commonly achieved). A Balanced Sleep type might also work, but with reduced odds. Remember, you can only study their sleep styles through wild encounters, though evolution via Candies is possible.

Catching Alolan Vulpix

Alolan Vulpix and its evolution, Alolan Ninetails (Slumbering sleep type), are more elusive, appearing only on Snowdrop Tundra. Achieving a Slumbering sleep type (requiring a deep, 8-hour sleep) significantly increases your chances. A Balanced Sleep type offers a smaller chance.

Best Island for the Holiday Event

To maximize your chances of catching both Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix, focus your efforts on Snowdrop Tundra. However, be aware that this island often requires a strong team, so preparation is key.
