Orna Debuts NatureBlight: Eco RPG Goes Global

Orna: The GPS RPG prepares for its latest major event – Natureblight. This new in-game chapter, running from May 30th to June 14th, 2025, continues the Terra's Legacy storyline with fresh environmental challenges.

Natureblight Introduces The Great Murk Threat

Northern Forge Studios continues its tradition of environmental focus through gaming with Natureblight. The update incorporates real-world conservation themes while marking the studio's second participation in the Green Game Jam, supported by the Playing for the Planet Alliance.

True to Orna's signature blend of fantasy and real-world geography, the event transports players to digital recreations of seven ecologically threatened locations across the globe.

Meet the Animal Guardians

Players will encounter symbolic animal guardians representing each unique ecosystem:

• Canada's Prince Edward County - The Beaver
• Oceania's Coral Reefs - Marine ecosystem protector
• Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - The Mountain Gorilla
• Dunkerque, France - The Bone Mammoth
• Galapagos Islands - The Giant Tortoise
• Chengdu, China - The Giant Panda
• Antarctic Peninsula - The Macaroni Penguin

These special Animal Guardians become permanent companions after the event concludes.

Confronting The Great Murk

As players explore, they'll uncover how the ancient Terran civilization destroyed their environment through deforestation, pollution, and species extinction. Now, players must combat the returning ecological threat known as The Great Murk.

The Natureblight event package, available through PlanetPlay, includes origin town cosmetics, character sprites, and temporary boosters. Orna: The GPS RPG is available for download on Google Play.
