Where to Farm Warped Wire in NieR: Automata

Warped Wire is a rare drop from stacked bipedal machines. These aren't particularly formidable foes, but their infrequent spawns make farming challenging. The most reliable location is the area accessible via the Desert Camp fast travel point.

Head towards the main desert, but before reaching the open expanse, you'll traverse a mountainous region following a pipe through some ruins. This area consistently spawns multiple stacked machines. Two small clearings near destroyed buildings are ideal farming spots; all machines here are the stacked variant.
