Monster Hunter Now Reveals New Monster for 2025 Spring Hunt

Author:Kristen Update:May 21,2025

With spring in full swing, there's no better time to step outside and soak up some sun. But if you need an extra nudge, why not dive into the upcoming Spring Hunt 2025 event in Monster Hunter Now? This event brings a fresh challenge with the debut of Chameleos, a new monster to hunt, and a host of exciting additions.

Chameleos headlines the second part of season five, making its grand entrance in Elder Dragon Interceptions on May 24th. This gives you a couple of weeks to gear up for the challenge. Once you've conquered Chameleos, you can craft new armor with its unique skill and weapons from the Mizuha set using the monster's remains.

But don't confuse this with the Spring Hunt 2025 event—that's a separate, paid event running from May 24th to May 25th. During this event, you'll experience no waiting times between Elder Dragon Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons, with Chameleos exclusively featured in the former.

Spring to itBy purchasing access to Spring Hunt 2025, you'll also unlock stylish Chameleos-themed layered equipment and have the choice between two Event Exchange Hubs. While the event's paid nature might be controversial, the numerous bonuses it offers could well justify the cost.

Whether you're in it for the new challenges or the exclusive gear, you won't want to miss out on taking on Chameleos, participating in the new Elder Dragon Interceptions, and exploring all the other exciting additions coming with this update!
