The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational (MWI) is set to captivate fans once again in July 2025, returning to the vibrant city of Riyadh. Following an electrifying conclusion at the 2024 Esports World Cup, anticipation is high as Smart Omega Empress aims to defend their title after a stunning upset against Team Vitality in last year's Grand Final, ending their three-year, 24-tournament dominance.

Scheduled from July 15th to 19th, MWI 2025 will feature 16 of the world's top all-women MLBB teams competing for a historic prize pool of $550,000, along with a $10,000 MVP bonus for the tournament's standout player. The competition will commence with a double-elimination Group Stage, where all teams will battle fiercely to advance. The top eight teams will then move on to a high-stakes single-elimination playoff bracket.

ytQualifiers for this year's event have been more inclusive, drawing elite talent from diverse regions. Teams like DreamMax from the MWI 2025 LATAM Qualifiers, CFU Serendipity from Queen Legends Season 1, NAVI MY from the MYSG Qualifier, and Falcons Vega MENA from the Carry1st Africa Cup have already secured their spots. Additional teams will earn their place through ongoing regional tournaments such as BOG Season 1, Athena League, and Lady MVP Season 6, with further qualifiers from China, North America, Mekong, Mongolia, and Türkiye set to conclude soon.

As part of the larger Esports World Cup 2025, MWI will showcase the prowess of women in esports alongside other top clubs across various titles in a unique cross-game format. With Smart Omega Empress returning as defending champions, the stage is set for an intense showdown against global heavyweights, promising an unforgettable tournament.
