Facing the Congalala requires constant movement due to its large size and agility. Avoid positioning directly in front or behind the beast, as these are prime areas for its potent breath attacks. Be mindful of its powerful hand smashes, tail whips, and ranged breath attacks.

To maximize damage, focus on its breakable parts. Start with the forelegs, as they provide openings for attack after certain moves. For the head, tail, and rear, wait for the Congalala to consume a mushroom. This action signals an upcoming breath attack from either its front or rear, providing a window to strike these parts safely.

If you get hit by its breath, use deodorant or roll through water to negate the effects. Exploit the wounds you create by using Focus Mode and Focus Strikes to deliver significant damage, potentially halting the Congalala mid-attack.
