Marvel Snap introduces exciting Sanctum Showdown mode

Are you ready to challenge for the title of Sorcerer Supreme? Marvel Snap has just unleashed a thrilling new limited-time mode, Sanctum Showdown, and it's available for the next two weeks until March 11th. This event introduces an exciting new way to compete, with a unique win condition, a special Sanctum location, and innovative snapping mechanics that will keep you on your toes.

In the Sanctum Showdown mode, the race is on to be the first to reach 16 points, rather than playing through to turn six. The key to victory lies in the Sanctum location, which awards the highest number of points each turn. The snapping mechanism has also been revamped for this mode. Starting from turn three, you can snap once per turn, boosting the Sanctum’s value by one point and keeping the momentum dynamic throughout the match.

Each match entry costs one Scroll, but a win replenishes your Scroll count, allowing the excitement to continue. You begin with 12 Scrolls and receive two additional Scrolls every eight hours. Should you run out, you have the option to purchase more for 40 Gold. Regardless of the match's outcome, your participation contributes to your Sorcerer Rank and earns you Charms. These Charms can be redeemed in the Sanctum Shop for exclusive cosmetics or new cards.

Strategizing with powerhouses like Captain Marvel or Dracula won't work here, as certain cards and locations are banned to ensure fair play. Abilities that affect final outcomes are disabled, and cards such as Debrii are removed to avoid one-sided strategies.
