Longvinter, the PC's Answer to Animal Crossing, Leaves Early Access on Steam

After three years of dedicated development, incorporating player feedback, and diligently squashing bugs, Longvinter has triumphantly exited early access on Steam with the much-anticipated release of version 1.0. The developers proudly announced this significant milestone, which comes packed with a plethora of updates aimed at revitalizing the experience for both new players and the game's loyal fanbase.

The most notable addition in this update is the introduction of oil rigs scattered across the archipelago. Players can now dive into the exciting world of oil extraction, refine it into fuel, and engage in thrilling battles against the mercenaries from LRI who control these crucial supply lines. Alongside these new mechanics, the game now features exciting events like helicopter crashes, which offer players the chance to scavenge for tactical gear, and an underground arena where hourly battles promise valuable rewards.
