Go Lick The World: Groundbreaking Current Events Game Debuts

Author:Kristen Update:Jan 12,2025

It's a tough job keeping politicians from saying foolish things. Take, for instance, President Biden's invitation for Irish dignitaries to "go lick the world." This gaffe, among others, undoubtedly caused White House staff some serious headaches.

The mobile game Go Lick The World, developed by Pixel Play, cleverly satirizes the absurdity of modern politics. It blends the addictive nature of current events with the simple, engaging gameplay of a casual clicker.

The objective? Lick the world as fast as you can (virtually, of course!). Players tap a rotating 3D Earth and orbiting objects to score points and climb the leaderboard.

Boost your score by tapping LickLink satellites (a playful nod to Starlink), F35 jets, red electric cars, and even Lick Force One, President Biden's aircraft. On Earth, you'll encounter humorous landmarks like the White House, Antarctica, the Pyramids, and a less-than-pristine San Francisco.

The game's quirky charm extends to its ever-changing assortment of objects, from ice cream to space lasers, with themed items appearing on specific days. Mondays feature Impeach-Mints, Tuesdays Tacos, Saturdays Swifties, and pizza slices for those familiar with the Pizzagate conspiracy.

Unlockable Earth skins and accessories add another layer of fun. These include a "clown world" face, various hats (trucker hats, Uncle Sam, a Texas cowboy hat with a censored border sign), solar eclipse glasses, and more, obtainable through rewarded ads. A recent "Great Debate Update" even promises a famous hairstyle.

Go Lick The World is free to download, with optional in-app purchases to remove ads, enable automatic clicking (introducing LickGPT!), and get a blue profile tick.

Download Go Lick The World now on the App Store and Google Play Store.

UPDATE: The Great Debate Update has arrived, featuring trucker hats for both political sides and, notably, Trump's hair.
