KEMCO Launches Metro Quester: A New Mobile Dungeon RPG with Hack & Slash Action

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, a new dungeon exploring RPG, has hit the Android scene, and it's not your typical KEMCO game. This turn-based JRPG dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler experience, offering players a unique challenge.

Seek the Truth of a Lost World

In Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, you play as a scavenger, leading your crew underground to gather resources before your weekly food quota depletes. The crucial number to remember is 100—you need to collect 100 food units every seven in-game days to survive.

Your mission takes you through monster-infested ruins in places like Otemachi and Ginza, scavenging for leftovers. You can only level up once you return to a safe camp, provided you've survived and collected enough resources.

With 24 characters to choose from, each belonging to one of eight distinct classes, Metro Quester – Hack & Slash offers deep customization. Your choice of combo skills, weapons, and strategies is entirely up to you.

Each ability in the game consumes action points, and you have only five points to use each turn. Additionally, each ability can only be used once per round, making strategic planning essential.

As you explore the dungeon, it unfolds before you. You might discover food buried in the dirt, stumble into monster nests, find keys to unlock new areas, or even come across a campground to set up your new base.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash Is Now Out on Android

The game's aesthetic is intentionally minimal, featuring a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with your vibrant team. To get a glimpse of the game's atmosphere, check out the official trailer below.

For those who crave more after completing the main content, Metro Quester – Hack & Slash includes a NEW GAME+ mode, offering tougher challenges for replay value.

Available now on Android for $14.99, the game does not support game controllers and is offered in English and Japanese. You can download it from the Google Play Store.
