Hogwarts Legacy will support mods and it will happen sooner than you think

Get ready, Harry Potter fans! WB Games is unleashing a magical update for Hogwarts Legacy: mod support arrives this Thursday! This exciting feature, exclusively for PC players on Steam and the Epic Games Store, will be a key part of a significant patch.

The update includes the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit, empowering players to craft their own dungeons, quests, and even character modifications. The renowned modding platform, CurseForge, will host and distribute these community-created additions. Hogwarts Legacy will also integrate a built-in mod manager, simplifying the process of discovering and installing new mods.

Several pre-approved mods will launch alongside the patch, including the thrilling "Dungeon of Doom," promising challenging combat and hidden secrets. However, there's a caveat: mod access requires linking your gaming account to a WB Games account.

Beyond modding, the patch introduces enhanced character customization with fresh hairstyles and outfits. The developers showcased examples of these modifications in a recent trailer.
