Hay Day\'s newest crossover arrival is...Gordon Ramsay?

Gordon Ramsay, the renowned chef known for his fiery temper, is the latest celebrity to join Supercell's lineup of collaborations. Starting today, he'll bring his surprisingly calm demeanor to Hay Day, stepping into the shoes of the absent Greg to introduce exciting new events and features.

As predicted last year, Supercell’s Erling Haaland collaboration opened the door for a wave of celebrity appearances in their popular games. However, even I was surprised by the addition of Gordon Ramsay, star of Kitchen Nightmares, Hotel Hell, and a Michelin-starred chef in his own right!

In-game, Ramsay will replace Greg, who's off on a fishing trip. Until the 24th, players can enjoy a host of new features, special events, and more, all celebrating Ramsay's arrival. Hilarious trailers showcasing his newfound calm persona, even including an apology video to Hell's Kitchen contestants, are part of the fun.

Fresh Produce and New Collaborations

While it's unexpected to see the usually volatile chef so relaxed, this isn't Ramsay's first foray into mobile gaming. He's previously released mobile games based on his television shows. This collaboration, however, further demonstrates Supercell's growing focus on real-life celebrity partnerships, in addition to fictional franchises. Given the generally older demographic of Supercell's player base, this strategy seems perfectly aligned with their audience.
