Frenzy Shards can be earned by taking down Frenzied monsters in Monster Hunter Wilds. As you progress through High Rank missions, monsters infected with the Frenzy Virus will begin to appear. While they may resemble their regular counterparts, don’t let appearances fool you—Frenzied monsters pack a stronger punch, dealing significantly more damage and exhibiting heightened aggression.

Once you defeat or capture a Frenzied monster, you’ll receive Frenzy Shards, which are essential for crafting new weapons and armor.

Getting Frenzy Crystals in Monster Hunter Wilds

Frenzy Crystals, another valuable crafting material, can only be obtained from Gore Magala. To obtain these, wound Gore Magala and break its wounds. There’s a chance you’ll acquire a Frenzy Crystal during this process.

You’ll encounter Gore Magala once you advance to High Rank quests and unlock the optional mission titled Misty Depths.
