What’s New in Genshin Impact Version 5.5?

Explore the southwestern reaches of Natlan, home to a new tribe, a towering volcano, and intriguing characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan hides ancient mysteries and a long-dormant sacred city.

With molten lava stirring beneath, players must unravel the secrets of the "Flamelord’s Blessing" and the enigmatic Little One. Meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that celebrates physical prowess through strength-based challenges.

Version 5.5 introduces two playable characters: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, restores Phlogiston after consuming food, offering unique out-of-combat support.

Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder, is one of Natlan’s six heroes, blending offense and support. Her Warming Up effect, triggered by a teammate’s Nightsoul Burst, provides sustained healing.

The first phase of Version 5.5’s Event Wishes features Varesa and Iansan, alongside Xianyun’s rerun, followed by reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Discover these exciting additions below.
