An image from the filing shows a label location that strikingly matches the back of a GameCube controller, specifically behind the C-Stick. While some speculate this could be a new version of the Switch Pro Controller, the current consensus leans towards its use with the Nintendo Switch Online service, which already offers wireless classic controllers for retro gaming.

This development has sparked conversations about the potential addition of a GameCube library to Nintendo Switch Online.
