Flexispot is currently hosting its Spring Sale, offering up to 60% off on their most popular standing desks and ergonomic chairs. We highly recommend Flexispot because they deliver top-notch electric standing desks packed with essential features at a significantly lower price point than many well-known brands. In our 2025 review, we crowned the Flexispot E7 Pro as the best overall standing desk on the market. As a long-time user of a Flexispot desk, I can confidently say that there's no need to spend more on what might be considered a "better" desk.

The Flexispot C7 offers an impressive array of features typically found in much pricier chairs. These include an automatically adjusting lumbar system, adjustable seat depth, adjustable armrests, adjustable seat tilt, adjustable headrest, and a recline up to 128 degrees.
The FlexiSpot C7 is a reliable chair. However, at this price point, I would have appreciated a more premium-feeling leather or leather-like material instead of fabric, as well as enhanced cushioning. The inability to lock the wrist rests in place can be a minor annoyance. If you value adjustability and are okay with its quirks, the C7 is a great choice. Its understated design makes it suitable for even the most conservative office settings. If you prefer something flashier or more luxurious, you might want to look elsewhere.

In my opinion, the Flexispot E5 desk offers the best value among electric standing desks while still including all the premium features you'd want. Currently priced at $199.99 (down from $379.99) for the base, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. The E5 is the most affordable model with **dual motors**, which are preferred over single motor setups because they can support more weight (up to 287 pounds in this case) and are more durable due to evenly distributed stress. The desktop is supported by a double crossbeam structure to prevent sagging, and the steel legs feature a 3-stage column, which is better than the 2-stage columns found in many desks at this price. This allows for a greater vertical range (23.6" to 49.2"). The desk also includes an anti-collision feature and a keypad with three memory presets and a timer to remind you to switch between sitting and standing. The E5 comes with a 10-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor.

For an additional $140 over the E5, the Flexispot E7 offers superior build quality, a higher weight threshold of 355 pounds, more accessories, and a longer warranty. The legs have a more professional appearance with laser-welded seams and a powder-coated finish, free of visible holes. The advanced keypad now includes an LCD display, more memory presets, a built-in USB charger, and a child-lock function—ideal for homes with curious children. A built-in cable tray helps manage wiring, and the E7 boasts an impressive 15-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor.

The E7 Pro is Flexispot's premium standing desk. While it doesn't have as steep a discount as other models due to its recent release, it's currently priced at $419.99 (down from $599.99) for the base, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. It boasts the highest build quality of the models listed here, with a weight capacity of 440 pounds. Flexispot claims the E7 Pro's motor outperforms standard dual motor setups, providing smoother and faster movement. It also includes enhanced cable management options. Like the E7, the E7 Pro comes with a 15-year warranty on all components, making it arguably the best standing desk deal available right now.
"The FlexiSpot E7 Pro offers a simple yet effective keypad, quiet dual motors, near-perfect cable management, and excellent stability, making it a top-tier standing desk for both work and gaming. Whether it's your first desk or a replacement, it's hard to find a better option in this price range."
I own three standing desks. One came with a desktop, but for the other two, I sourced my own. For one, I bought a massive 74"x26" maple veneered countertop from Ikea for $199. For the other, I purchased a 48"x25" solid wood countertop from Home Depot and finished it myself. There are many options available, and you can't go wrong with any of them. The key point is that these standing desk bases don't require the desktops sold by the manufacturer. If you want to install your own desktop, feel free to do so as long as it's within the weight limitations.
From my personal experience, I own a Jarvis Fully, a Vari Ergo, and a Flexispot E5. All three are excellent and have served me well for over three years. The Flexispot E5, however, is significantly more affordable than the other two, and I struggle to see where the extra cost goes. For the price of a barebones Jarvis Fully, you could get the top-end Flexispot E7 Pro and still have money left over.
