Unlocking the Free Company Submarine

First, ensure your Free Company (FC) is at least rank 6. Reaching this rank unlocks access to the necessary vendors for purchasing Ceruleum Tanks. Encourage your FC members to participate in various in-game activities – dungeons, leveling, crafting, gathering – to quickly boost your rank.
