Rather than a conventional RPG, he's transforming New Vegas into a comprehensive life simulation, infusing new vitality into the Mojave wasteland in an unprecedented manner.

The inspiration struck after he encountered some remarkably detailed casino recreations from New Vegas in The Sims 2.
