Your destination is Lake Biwa, a large body of water central to the region. To reach the island, it's advisable to secure a boat from the nearby settlements of Azuchi or Omizo. Alternatively, you can swim if you're up for the challenge.

Aim for the larger island in the middle of Lake Biwa, located northwest of Azuchi. Upon arrival, you'll discover Okishima, featuring a Kakurega where you can rest. The presence of fish drying near the docks hints at the presence of cats.
