Dead by Daylight has joined forces with the legendary Resident Evil series to introduce an exhilarating new 2v8 mode. This special event brings iconic villains from Capcom’s celebrated franchise, injecting a thrilling twist into the gameplay experience.

Players can now embody two notorious antagonists: Nemesis and Albert Wesker, also known as The Puppeteer. They will confront a team of Resident Evil’s most iconic heroes, including:

• Claire Redfield
• Ada Wong

The intense confrontations unfold within the familiar corridors of the Raccoon City Police Station, creating a deeply immersive environment.

This collaboration stands out as it marks the first time Nemesis and Wesker are paired together in this unique gameplay format, offering an unparalleled experience. Both characters bring their distinctive infection-based abilities to the fray: Nemesis wields the power of the T-Virus, whereas Wesker employs Uroboros to target Survivors.

In the 2v8 mode, players can gather special herbs inspired by the Resident Evil series. These herbs offer various benefits; for instance, some provide healing for Survivors, while yellow herbs are used to repair hooks. Interestingly, Killers can also collect herbs, which grant them a temporary speed boost, adding an extra layer of strategy to the game.

Whether you're a newcomer to the 2v8 mode or a veteran player, there are key changes to be aware of. The conventional Powers and Perks have been substituted with a new Class System, which introduces a range of strategic options for both Killers and Survivors, enhancing the gameplay dynamics.
