Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 2.21 Enhances Game with NVIDIA DLSS 4

CD Projekt RED has recently rolled out an exciting update for Cyberpunk 2077, introducing not just a series of fixes but also integrating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology. With the introduction of DLSS 4 support, owners of the GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards will experience a significant boost in performance, generating multiple extra frames. This technology will become available to RTX 50 card owners starting January 30th. Additionally, DLSS 4 enhances the frame creation speed for both RTX 50 and 40 series cards while optimizing memory usage.

For all GeForce RTX graphics card users, the update offers a choice between the convolution neural network model and the new transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. Opting for the transform model promises enhanced lighting, superior detail, and more stable imagery, elevating your visual experience within the game.

The update also addresses several technical issues. Interference and crashes that occurred when DLSS ray reconstruction was enabled have been resolved. Moreover, the "Frame Creation" parameter now updates correctly after resolution scaling is disabled, ensuring smoother gameplay adjustments.

• Resolved an issue where the sound of TV news programs was missing or too quiet.
• Addressed a bug that caused Johnny to appear in the passenger seat less frequently than intended.

• Fixed a freezing issue when entering photo mode and simultaneously accessing a closet or stash.
• Enhanced Photo Mode to allow placement of Nibbles and Adam Smasher in the frame when Vee is in the air or water.
• Improved the feature that adjusts Adam Smasher's facial expressions for a more dynamic interaction.
