AFK Journey's New "Chains of Eternity" Seasonal Update: A Wintry Wonderland of Mystery and Thrills

Farlight Games, Lilith Games' publishing division, has released a captivating seasonal update for AFK Journey, titled "Chains of Eternity." This update plunges players into a snowy realm brimming with intrigue, excitement, and chilling suspense.

Unlocking the Chains of Eternity

The picturesque Cedartown in the Duchy of Whiteridge is adorned for the Snowspire Festival. However, beneath the festive facade lies a dark secret. "Chains of Eternity" unfolds a narrative of friendship, betrayal, and redemption, infused with a captivating horror-thriller atmosphere.

Access to this thrilling season is granted to servers operational for at least 35 days. Players must reach Level 240, possess the Hands of Resonance, and have completed the New Journey storyline to unlock the content.

New Additions and Returning Content

Upon unlocking the update, a quest in Holistone initiates the new "Shattered Loop" storyline. This introduces Elijah & Lailah, the Celestial Twins, powerful new heroes obtainable through the Stargaze Station and Guild Store.

For those who missed the "Waves of Intrigue" season, it's making a comeback! Starting January 20th, players can access it within the Peaks of Time mode after completing "The Last Leg" quest. This allows players to revisit the storyline, gather map resources, and resume their progress seamlessly, retaining their Fish Collection progress and Rustport Fishing Level.
