Microsoft has officially disclosed the list of games set to exit its popular Xbox Game Pass subscription service starting May 15, 2025. A total of eight titles will no longer be accessible through the platform, among them Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Little Kitty, Big City.

Xbox Game Pass offers users the opportunity to enjoy a vast library of games on both PC and Xbox platforms. Subscribers can stream games instantly on various devices, including smart TVs, smartphones, and even Meta Quest headsets. Additionally, members gain early access to new releases based on their subscription tier, making the service a go-to choice for avid gamers worldwide. However, due to licensing agreements, certain games periodically leave the catalog.

Below is the complete list of games scheduled to be removed from the service:

Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass in May:

  • Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
  • Chants of Sennaar
  • Dune: Spice Wars
  • Hauntii
  • Jurassic World Evolution 2
  • Little Kitty, Big City
  • Planet of Lana
  • The Big Con

Microsoft plans to unveil the second wave of its May 2025 Game Pass lineup shortly after these titles are removed.

In other recent developments, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers now have the option to stream select games directly onto their consoles without downloading them. This feature was previously available on smart TVs, PCs, smartphones, and VR headsets, but its introduction on consoles marks a significant enhancement to the service.

Meanwhile, fans eagerly awaiting Grand Theft Auto 6’s release can revisit GTA 5 Enhanced Edition, which is now available on both Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass for PC. This marks the first time the game has been included in the PC Game Pass catalog, offering players a nostalgic yet modern experience.
