Wuthering Waves 2.3 Update Released with Anniversary Celebrations

Wuthering Waves has just rolled out its exciting Version 2.3 update, aptly named "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," coinciding with the game's first anniversary celebration and its much-anticipated launch on Steam. Now, players can enjoy this immersive experience on PC, expanding the game's reach and enhancing the gameplay experience.

This update is packed with new characters, intriguing story arcs, and a plethora of event content to keep you engaged for the next month and a half. The update kicks off on April 29th and will run until June 12th, 2025. If you've reached a decent Union Level, there's a wealth of content waiting for you to explore.

Dive into the new storylines, "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither," which promise to add depth and excitement to your journey. Additionally, you'll encounter a fresh wave of Phantom Echoes, including Crownless (with its challenging Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and the cunning Chest Mimic.

Celebrate with the "Gifts of Grand Celebration" login event, running from May 23rd to June 11th. Players at Union Level 8 and above can earn Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance. Don't miss out on other rewarding login events like "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th), where you can collect Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and various upgrade materials.

New and Returning Minigames

The beloved minigame "Cubie Derby" makes a triumphant return, offering both a warm-up leisure event and a spectator event where you can cheer on your favorite Cubes. Roll the dice, navigate your Cube across the board, and gather rewards like Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.

During the first phase, you'll have the opportunity to pull for Resonators such as Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, along with weapons like Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase will continue until June 11th.
