Tachyon Medal: Uncover Its Location in Fantasian Neo Dimension

Fantasian Neo Dimension: Unlocking the Power of the Tachyon Medal

Fantasian Neo Dimension plunges players into a breathtaking world where Leo and his companions battle Jas's destructive "Zero" plan. The game's captivating story and innovative gameplay create a truly immersive experience.

The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item, central to a challenging and extensive side quest. Obtaining it is just the first step; its true function unfolds later. This guide details how to acquire and utilize the Tachyon Medal.

Locating the Tachyon Medal

The Tachyon Medal's existence is first hinted at in Shangri-La, and it's the final item acquired before the final showdown. To obtain it, progress through the main storyline until you reach Sanctum, within the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable but conquerable boss. This boss frequently summons allies and employs a devastating "Consume" attack (90% health drain), so ensure Kina is ready to heal. Equipping Petrification Null gear significantly eases the encounter.

Leo's Fire Samidare +2 proves effective against summoned enemies. Consider using Cherryl, whose "Concentrate" and "Charge" abilities inflict massive damage.

After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory through the Balcony. This area is filled with rubble. A chest containing the Tachyon Medal is located to your right.

Utilizing the Tachyon Medal

Activating the Tachyon Medal requires two prerequisites: reaching the Altar in Shangri-La and completing the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars appear in eight locations, the first two being part of the main story:

  1. En New District
  2. Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
  3. Royal Capital - Main Street
  4. Frozen Tundra - Center
  5. Hidden Valley – Duet Path
  6. Ancient Hill – River
  7. Nameless Island – Depths
  8. Shangri-La – Fallen City

Defeat these bosses in the specified order. After the final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests beneath the Altar become accessible. One contains the Holy Belt (All Ailment Null).

Opening all three chests activates a glowing door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to rewind time. Possessing the Medal initiates NG+ from this point, carrying over levels, items, and equipment. While enemies are tougher in NG+, this shouldn't pose a significant challenge, particularly if all side quests were completed beforehand. Using the Tachyon Medal unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing you to restart your quest to save the Human Realm.
