The Sims 4's New Expansion Pack: Businesses and Hobbies Revealed

The Sims 4 celebrates 25 years of immersive gameplay with its newest expansion pack: "The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies." Launching March 6th, 2025, this pack lets Sims transform their passions into profitable ventures.

This expansion builds upon previous additions, offering new ways to personalize gameplay. Players can now master new skills like tattooing and pottery, opening unique businesses like tattoo parlors and pottery studios. Existing expansion packs also integrate, allowing Sims to run pet cafes, karaoke bars, dance clubs, acting schools, bowling alleys, spas, and laundromats.

The innovative Business Perk system adds a strategic layer. Choose a business alignment – Dreamer (customer satisfaction focused), Schemer (profit-driven), or Neutral (balanced approach) – each impacting gameplay and Sim interactions.

A new location, Nordhaven, a vibrant arts community, provides the perfect backdrop for these entrepreneurial pursuits.
