How to Get Pose of the Unbound Emote in FFXIV

Unlock the "Pose of the Unbound" Emote in FFXIV Patch 7.16!

FFXIV patch 7.16 introduces exciting new quests and cosmetic rewards. This guide focuses on obtaining the coveted "Pose of the Unbound" emote.

Obtaining the Emote:

To acquire the "Pose of the Unbound," you must complete the quest "Imposing Views." This quest is available from the Unbound Agent NPC in Ul'dah – Steps of Thal (coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5).

Prerequisites:

Before "Imposing Views" becomes available, you must first complete "Picking Up the Torch." This requires finishing all five role quests in the game. This means leveling a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS class to level 100 and completing their respective role quests in Tulliyollal. Only after completing "Picking Up the Torch" will "Imposing Views" unlock.

Completing "Imposing Views":

"Imposing Views" is a relatively simple quest. It involves a trip to the Sagolii Desert, several conversations with Apyaahi, and a few monster encounters. Upon completion, you'll receive the "Pose of the Unbound" emote.

Using the Emote:

To use your new emote, simply type "/unbound" or "/poseoftheunbound" into the chat box and press Enter. Your character will then strike a fun, Jojo-esque pose.
