Pokémon Go Returns: Unova Region Unveiled

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is back in 2025, bringing the excitement of the Unova region to life! This year's tour offers both in-person and global events, packed with new adventures, challenges, and unique Pokémon encounters inspired by Pokémon Black and White and their sequels.

Two in-person events will run from February 21st to 23rd, in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and Los Angeles, California. These ticketed events feature themed gameplay, legendary storylines, and a plethora of Pokémon to catch. Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in LA and NT$630 in Taipei. Exclusive gameplay awaits ticket holders, including a Masterwork Research task to encounter Shiny Meloetta for the very first time! An optional Egg-thusiast ticket add-on provides extra rewards, such as Shiny Maractus, Sigilyph, and Bouffalant hatching from 10km Eggs.

The seasonal Pokémon, Shiny Deerling, also makes its debut, with variations depending on its habitat. A Special Research story unfolds, involving a world-threatening crisis, where only Reshiram and Zekrom can save the day!

For those unable to attend the in-person events, a global event takes place on March 1st and 2nd. This free, worldwide event offers all the Unova-themed content, though a week later than the in-person experiences.
