Pokémon TCG Pocket Reveals Upcoming Events and New EX Starter Decks

Following the launch of their latest expansion, Shining Revelry, Pokémon TCG Pocket has successfully regained momentum and sparked renewed excitement among fans. The developers have now announced a series of upcoming events slated for the coming month.

Kicking things off is the Pawmot Drop Event in early April, followed by a new Wonder Pick Event mid-month. Later in late April, players can look forward to a Mass Outbreak event featuring fighting-type Pokémon. Additionally, the in-game store has been refreshed with several new items.

If you've recently struggled with an underperforming deck, current events offer excellent opportunities for improvement. Through April 26th, completing Event Missions will allow you to unlock one of nine distinct decks, along with a special mission rewarding a unique promo Cyclizar card.

Rounding out the updates is Ranked Match Season A2b, which officially begins on April 26th. While most players are familiar with ranked play, here’s a quick overview for newcomers: Ranked matches award points based on victories against opponents, allowing you to climb through 17 distinct ranks. In Beginner Ranks 1-4, your rank remains safe even after a loss, and achieving consecutive wins grants bonus ranking points.
