Recommended Pals Tier List:

S-Tier Pals

• Jetragon: A top-tier all-around Pal, considered the game's best mount. Its Fire Ball and Beam Comet abilities make it a formidable combatant. Found at the Beach of Everlasting Summer (Level 60). Prepare Ice-element Pals and Level 2 Heat Resistance.

• Bellanoir Libero: A powerful Dark-element Pal, excellent for combat. Its "Siren of the Void" passive ability boosts Dark and Ice attacks, highly effective against many dragon Pals. Summoned via the Summoning Altar.

• Paladius & Necromus: Twin boss Pals, the fastest ground mounts. Paladius (Neutral element) excels against dragons, while Necromus (Dark element) is effective against other enemies. Powerful attackers, but less effective workers.

A-Tier Pals

• Anubis: A strong early-game Pal, both a skilled worker (Handiwork Level 4) and fighter. Obtainable by breeding Penking and Bushi, or defeating the world boss version.

• Shadowbeak: Found in No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary (requires flying or swimming mount). Potentially the strongest Dark-element Pal due to its Modified DNA. Excellent in combat, but less useful as a base worker.

B-Tier Pals

• Jormuntide Ignis: Exceptional combat Pal from No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary. "Stormbringer Lava Dragon" passive boosts player and Pal while mounted. Powerful Fire, Electric, and Dragon-type moves. Level 4 Kindling for cooking or ore refining.

• Frostallion: Ice-type Pal, useful in combat, as a mount, and as a base worker. Found as a Level 50 world boss in the east of the Land of Absolute Zero. Requires Fire Pals and Level 3 Cold Resistance.

C-Tier Pals

• Lyleen Noct: Dark-element Pal from a cave in the Land of Absolute Zero. Serves as a healer with "Goddess of the Tranquil Light" passive. Effective against many bosses. Best for medicine production.

• Blazamut Ryu: Raid boss summoned via the Summoning Altar (requires four Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments from Sakurajima Island Dungeons). Difficult to obtain, but useful as a mount, combatant, or base worker (mining and ore refining).
