Orna Goes Green: Environmental Awareness in GPS MMORPG

Fight Pollution, Plant Trees:

Terra's Legacy challenges players to identify and report polluted real-world locations within the Orna app. These locations transform into in-game "Gloomsites," where players battle Murk, pollution-themed enemies. Defeating Murk raises awareness and contributes to real-world cleanup efforts.

Planting for Progress:

After vanquishing the Murk, players can plant trees and cultivate Gaia apples at these Gloomsites. These apples serve as both character customization items and magical ability boosts, and can be harvested by other players, fostering collaboration and shared rewards. The more players participate, the greater the impact, both in-game and in the real world.
