Nexon Closes Popular Mobile Game

Nexon bids farewell to Dynasty Warriors M, the mobile entry in the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise, announcing its End of Service (EOS). Players who have enjoyed leading their officers to victory should cherish the remaining time.

In-app purchases were halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the community, the official announcement didn't detail the reasons behind the shutdown. The game's underperformance likely contributed to this decision. Launched in November 2023, Dynasty Warriors M's lifespan was relatively short.

The final battle concludes on February 20th, 2025. A final chapter update is planned for this month.

Dynasty Warriors M offered a unique blend of Musou action and strategic gameplay. Players could collect and develop 50 officers from five factions, engaging in battles across a vast map encompassing 13 regions and 500 stages. The story mode recreated iconic events such as the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.

Interested players can still download Dynasty Warriors M from the Google Play Store before the EOS.
