Minion Rush Introduces Endless Runner Mode in Major Update

Gameloft has launched a significant update for Minion Rush: Running Game, delivering substantial improvements both visually and mechanically. The update introduces a new engine, enhanced features, and fresh gameplay options.

What’s New in the Minion Rush Major Update?

The game has transitioned to the Unity engine, resulting in a striking visual overhaul. The once cartoonish, slightly outdated runner now boasts a sharper, more polished look. A revamped user interface also improves navigation.

The standout feature of this update is the highly anticipated endless runner mode, now accessible directly from the main menu. Additionally, individual Minion abilities have been removed.

A long-requested feature has been added: customizable player profiles, allowing personalization with nicknames, avatars, and frames. A new Costume Collection feature also enables players to unlock exclusive bonuses.

The Hall of Jam is a brand-new addition. Collecting bananas during runs fills a progress bar, unlocking rewards like story puzzle pieces, Minion stickers, G-Coins, gadgets, and costumes.

New Power-Ups and Features Added

New power-ups, including Disco-boot, Bouncer, Rocket Blade, and Minion Armor, enhance gameplay. Gameloft has also introduced new Gadgets, allowing players to adjust strategies with temporary boosts to distance and performance before runs.

Classic locations have received visual upgrades. The update also brings daily and weekly tournaments, enabling players to compete globally and earn rewards.
