Marvel Rivals Stats Unveiled, Top Heroes Emerge

Marvel Rivals: Season 1 Hero Data Reveals Top Performers and Underdogs

NetEase has released comprehensive player statistics for Marvel Rivals, highlighting the most and least popular heroes during the game's initial month. The data reveals surprising trends ahead of the highly anticipated Season 1 launch on January 10th.

Jeff the Land Shark reigns supreme in Quickplay across both PC and console platforms, boasting the highest pick rate. However, when it comes to win rates, Mantis takes the crown. This Strategist hero surprisingly achieved over a 50% win rate in both Quickplay (56%) and Competitive modes (55%), outperforming other strong contenders like Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.

Competitive play shows different favorites: Cloak & Dagger leads on consoles, while Luna Snow dominates on PC.

Here's a breakdown of the most picked heroes:

  • Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
  • Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
  • Competitive (PC): Luna Snow

In stark contrast to the popular choices, Storm, a Duelist character, struggles with incredibly low pick rates: a mere 1.66% in Quickplay and a dismal 0.69% in Competitive. This low popularity is attributed to player feedback regarding her underwhelming damage and frustrating gameplay. However, hope remains for Storm, as NetEase has announced significant buffs for her in the upcoming Season 1 balance changes. This could dramatically alter her position in the meta.

The arrival of the Fantastic Four in Season 1 promises to further shake up the Marvel Rivals landscape, making future hero statistics even more intriguing.
