Magic: The Gathering's Next Set Is a Death Race, Here Are 2 New Cards

Aetherdrift, Magic: The Gathering's upcoming set, features a multiverse death race. We have an exclusive preview of two new cards: Cloudspire Coordinator and Count on Luck.

Cloudspire Coordinator: This uncommon creature showcases the red-white archetype, representing the Cloudspire Racing Team from the plane of Kylem (introduced in Battlebond). Its 3 power lets it crew vehicles, and its activated ability creates Pilot tokens for additional crewing.

Count on Luck: This rare, 3-mana enchantment embodies the mono-red strategy. At the start of each of your turns, you exile the top card of your library and may play it that turn – a classic "impulse draw" effect.

We also present Count on Luck in its extended art and First-Place Foil versions. First-Place Foils, shiny golden cards, are exclusive to a randomized buy-a-box promo pack included with each Aetherdrift box. All rares in the set (and 10 full-art lands) receive this treatment.
