In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, sometimes a subtle approach is preferable to all-out combat. This guide explains how to incapacitate enemies without killing them.

Knocking Out Enemies

Leaving a trail of corpses isn't always the best strategy. Knocking out enemies offers a less violent alternative. Here's how:

1. Crouch: Press the circle button to crouch and stealthily approach an NPC from behind.
2. Knockout Prompt: A "Knock Out" prompt will appear in the bottom right corner when you're close enough. Press the indicated button.
3. Successful Knockout: A blue icon with swords will appear. Press R2 to execute the knockout.
4. Failed Attempt: If Henry fails (the NPC struggles), a shield icon will appear. Press L2 to restrain the NPC and try again. Failure on both attempts will likely lead to a fight.
