Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Global Won’t Support Cross-Region Play

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's global launch is imminent! Sunborn Network's MICA Team recently unveiled new details about their upcoming RPG in a revealing Q&A video, addressing many player questions.

Publisher Details and Server Information

The game's global release will utilize two server platforms: Darkwinter (a Sunborn subsidiary) and Haoplay. While both offer identical game content, cross-server play is not supported. Darkwinter will manage its own PC launcher, while the Haoplay version will be available on Steam.

The global launch will deviate slightly from the Chinese version's timeline. To ensure a polished narrative, MICA Team has opted to postpone certain events from the Chinese release that require further story development, mirroring a similar approach taken by Azur Lane Global at its launch.

The global server will debut with the "Sojourners of the Glass Island" event, offering the complete, two-part storyline from the outset. The previously omitted events may be added later.

The popular Groza "Sangria Succulent" skin will return, and MICA Team hinted at additional classic skin re-releases based on community feedback. Potential crossovers with Neural Cloud and Gundam were also mentioned.
