Event Entry Requirements:

To participate in Exercise Surging Storm, you need:

• Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
• Completion of the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue.

Start the event at the Knights of Favonius Headquarters in Mondstadt.

Gameplay Overview:

The event features tutorials, but here's a simplified breakdown:

Before each wargame, select Combat Units (troops) and Stratagems (buffs). Units have various types (AoE Damage, Flying, Ranged, Melee) with specific counters (e.g., Melee counters Ranged). Study opponent lineups and adjust yours strategically, but remember lineup changes cost Reinforcement Points.

Unit types explained:

• Melee: High damage absorption, slow speed.
• Ranged: Long-range attacks, low health.
• AoE DMG: Damages multiple units.
• Flying: Evades ground attacks, immune to certain damage types.

Level up units by re-selecting them for subsequent rounds. Refresh Combat Units and Stratagems for better choices. Elemental Reactions function as in the main game. Even losses earn Wargame Medals, redeemable for rewards. Winning yields more medals.
