Squad Busters is ditching Win Streaks! Get ready for major changes coming December 16th. The endless win streak system, designed to reward players, ironically created unnecessary pressure and frustration for many.

Why the Change? And When?

The decision to remove Win Streaks stems from player feedback; the system proved more stressful than celebratory. The feature disappears December 16th, but your highest streak will remain a permanent record on your profile. To soften the blow, players reaching certain win milestones (0-9, 10, 25, 50, and 100) before the 16th will receive exclusive emotes.

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for coins spent on streaks. The developers explain that these coins contribute to the in-game economy and affect the balance between free and paid players.

Mixed Reactions

The community is divided. Some celebrate the reduced emphasis on "pay-to-win," while others are less enthusiastic about the removal and the relatively modest compensation.
