"Eclipse of the Heart: RuneScape’s Desert Saga Concludes"

  • Eclipse of the Heart stands as the highly anticipated conclusion to the Desert saga
  • Collect XP lamps, exclusive cosmetics, titles, buffs, and additional rewards upon quest completion
  • Unlock a challenging new boss encounter with Amascut, the Devourer, by finishing the storyline

RuneScape’s recent Crafting 110 update may have focused on skill mastery, but this week’s release delivers pure narrative impact. After two decades of fractured alliances, hidden secrets, and sand-swept ruins, the Desert questline finally reaches its dramatic peak. Eclipse of the Heart is now available, capping RuneScape’s longest-running epic with an apocalyptic finale.

The desert saga in RuneScape began with a lost prince; it concludes with the Goddess of Destruction. Set against a fading sky above Menaphos, Eclipse of the Heart plunges you into a high-stakes confrontation with Amascut, the Devourer. You must rally your allies, uncover ancient truths, and prevent the Queen of Destruction from consuming the city’s heart.

This final chapter leaves nothing to chance. Prepare for new cutscenes, refreshed visuals, and substantial rewards for those who complete it. Finishing Eclipse of the Heart grants a unique title, desert-themed cosmetics for your Lorehound companion, the Amascut’s Eye skybox, and four powerful XP lamps totaling 1,000,000 experience points (250,000 each).

ytYou will also receive upgraded Magic Carpet Dust and several toggleable buffs upon completion. Additionally, finishing the quest sets the stage for Amascut’s debut as a full boss encounter on August 4th. No longer just an NPC, she becomes a formidable test of skill and strategy.
